When you are as small of a bakery as I am, wholesale can be a real challenge. I have a growing list of businesses interested in selling my bagels, right now it just doesn’t make sense. 1. I don’t have any real efficiency at scale (low incentive to discount if I can make them any cheaper) 2. I lose a piece of what makes us great,
